Moving my body physically in the mountains and wild places lights up my soul! I love trail/mountain running, mountain biking, skiing, backpacking, rock climbing, and paddle boarding. My personal yoga practice has helped me maintain mobility and prevent injuries that may come with these activities. It has also been crucial in helping me uphold positive mental health and move through the stresses of everyday life with ease. I believe yoga is about healing and transformation. Yoga changes you which in turn changes your life.
 
I have been a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2019. I received my MSW from the University of Wyoming.
 
As a Yoga Therapist, I offer one-on-one and small group services. I've gained  in-depth training to assess my clients based on their individual health needs and keep them safe. I also collaborate with you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing.

Yoga Therapy promotes health and healing for a variety of conditions including such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, cancer rehabilitation, chronic pain, and sleep issues.

I began practicing yoga for my health, 5 years ago, but I found that it had a significant impact on other aspects of my life. Yoga is a lifestyle. Yoga is a teacher. It allows me to BE in the moment. It is meant for a vast and profound purpose.
I have a passion for guiding others in healing through breath, movement, meditation, and spiritual principles.

Jamie currently teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, & Spark Yoga and offers private yoga sessions utilizing techniques to resolve PTSD.

I am a certified yoga instructor, Pound Unplugged instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor. I began my yoga journey in 2006 and took my first teacher training in 2016. I believe that moving your body in any way is one of the most important aspects to mental health. I enjoy challenging myself and others to push past their comfort zones, be silly, and have FUN! In my free time I enjoy all things outdoors and traveling.
Hi! My name is Mya Boren and I am an instructor for Beauty & Bliss. My hope is that by taking my class I can facilitate a lifelong relationship between you and yoga. I started practicing yoga in 2017 as a way to help manage unwanted symptoms associated with anxiety, depression and PTSD. It truly helped me feel better and I became obsessed with how simple yet effective it was, and still is, in helping me maintain a balanced lifestyle. I had the opportunity to become a certified yoga teacher and completed my training in June of 2019. Since then I have instructed over 500 hours of yoga to students in various settings, ages and abilities. Finding contentment and connection in our bodies is the goal of my yoga class. I want everyone to leave feeling restored. I study the 8 limbs of Yoga and like to incorporate the teachings of yoga that extend beyond the physical practice into the class. I love art, writing, dancing, music and singing and infuse these things into my instruction as well. I teach in the style of Vinyasa Yoga, which is known for being a fluid practice, (one posture pouring into the next.) Just like vinyasa, my class flows and changes in tempo and intensity. I am certified in trauma informed yoga and have continued education in restorative yoga. Yoga is my way of life and I want to share the road :) You can find me on my mat ready to teach Tuesdays @ 7:00pm, currently my class is called Movement and Meditation- the first half of the class is all about calming the body with movement, once satisfied, we shift by calming the mind with meditation.

I found Yoga 7 years ago while looking for a movement practice that was enriching and positive for my body and mental health. I had spent many years in the competitive world of sports and needed something more wholesome and regenerative.

I became a yoga instructor so that I could be accountable for my Personal Practice. The vulnerability and guts it takes to teach taught me so much more about myself. I've been humbled by the process of getting to watch students grow. I am so proud of everyone who gets on their mat to meet themselves right where they are. I am blessed to continue to learn and share these tools to implement wherever and whenever I am called to Practice.

I am a woman of many interests, hobbies, and skills. I enjoy spending time with my children, my family, and my friends. I love an adventure, especially if I can MOVE MY BODY!! I can be found dancing, hiking, riding, boating, fishing, swimming, road-tripping, and sneaking in yoga in all the places! I was raised in nature and have a deep respect for our precious planet. I love gardening and all things food! I love this human experience thus far. I am so grateful to have this space in my life and to continue to grow my passion for teaching and helping others cultivate tools for this vast landscape of life! I can't wait to meet you and be a friend on this journey.

Jen currently teaches Buti Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Creative Flow, Hot Yoga, and Yin.
Searching and needing a deeper connection within myself, yoga found me. The emersion into my personal practice created a huge shift in my life. The beginning of observing and asking questions about myself, about my life, how I was living my life and how I wanted to change, to heal and to love. Yoga teacher training brought in a different level of depth and understanding. This is when I knew I wanted more, to share yoga with others, to help others heal and connect, to live not just survive. I began diving into energy healing, crystal healing, sound healing. The love of nature brought Shaman practices into my life. My calling to help guide, support and assist others through depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and life hurdles with all the tools to serve and open others to find their light. I teach yoga, offer Reiki sessions, Access Bars sessions, crystal healing, sound healing, drum circles, coaching and adventure to the soul. I believe sharing knowledge and experiences to expand all walks of life is soul connection.

Counseling and yoga and mindfulness… oh my! My yoga journey began in 2021 when I enrolled and completed a 200-hour teacher program with My Vinyasa Practice. Yoga has provided me with opportunities for self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing. Mindful movement and breathwork are excellent ways to release stored emotions and past traumas while increasing self-awareness. I believe wholeheartedly that yoga is for every body and that it is a beautiful way to nurture yourself. My goal is to hold space for you without judgment to grow in your practice, feel safe to just be, and accept yourself as you are. Namaste.
